The occasion that brought the question up for me is custom body that I just made for my femal NPCs in BodySlide2. Because I like variety but shun the effort to set up Every Body's Different, I made it so that body weight '0' is very skinny and '100' is quite voluptous. Now all the female NPCs I ve seen so far have been quite equal in appearance. In Skyrim, the weight your character can carry is decided by the CarryWeight actor value. So whilst there's no 'CarryWeight Command' per se, you can increase/decrease your carry weight by modifying the CarryWeight actor value with the set actor value command. To set you character's carry weight to 500, you'd use the following command. Surprisingly, she maxed out when my carry weight hit 271, which means her carry weight was only 220 this time. To ensure I covered all the bases, I cleared up my inventory so my carry weight was 414—as it was with Lydia the first time—and tested Faendal. He maxed out when I was at 144 carry weight, giving him a carry capacity of 270.
Carry weight is a crucial metric in Skyrim that dictates how much weight your character can carry. A larger carry weight means your character can carry more items. Thankfully, there are ways to increase your carry weight with cheats (console commands).

Alternatively, you can make the game temporarily ignore all carry weight limitations for your character by running the following command:

ToggleGodMode
The above command will also make your character invincible and stats like stamina, magicka, etc will not drain. You can toggle this mode off by running the command again. Learn more about god mode here.
