Currently suffering a ulcerative colitos flare and anul fissure. Last few days I have a rash that s very sore in my bum crack and a little on my vagina too. Also I have a split at the very top of my bum. I've tried googling and have had a few answers ranging from possible STI to just the skin getting sore from too much water or sweat sitting in that area after the shower or during the day. I've put sudo creme on it and may go to the dr.s on Monday depending on replies on here. It's like a small scratch or tear right at the top of my bum. Intertrigo is common in the skin between the buttocks (butt crack), which can become very raw, itchy, and painful. It may appear red or reddish-brown, and in severe cases the skin can crack, bleed. I just noticed a red streak running up my butt crack - it does not itch or burn and it is not bleeding, it just looks like an irritated rash. I would like to be sure there is no association with any kind of STD that I should be made aware of.
